County in 1950. In 1964, he earned his real estate license and began

Realty in 1984; Jacobs Realty, Inc. was maintained as a brokerage to manage a
growing portfolio of rental properties. Today, after 50+ years of hard

Delton L. Jacobs, REALTORŪ, CRB, CRS, GRI
Delton unofficially began his career in real estate while still attending high school -
too young to qualify for a sales license.
Nevertheless, Jake had Delton involved as much as possible with numerous
real estate activities. It was
during this time that Delton developed his passion for real estate and working
to serve his clients. Delton is a

experience in brokerage, finance and construction are invaluable.

Becky is a full time REALTORŪ with The Jacobs Group. She began her career in real estate
over a decade ago after 16 years of public service to Missouri. Becky works with Buyers and Sellers alike, bringing particular expertise in the new home market. Becky is a full time professional with
the advanced training and experience to create opportunities, identify potential
pitfalls up front and make the home buying and/or selling experience successful
and fun.

David is the Senior Sales Assistant for The Jacobs Group. In less than five years David has closed
approximately 17 million in sales volume.
David brings distinct experience and knowledge in the investment property market. Through continuing
education and involvement with the Columbia Board of REALTORSŪ, David stays abreast of the real estate market and issues that affect our clients and customers.

Jeff White, REALTORŪ
After investing in real estate for several years, Jeff became a licensed
REALTOR and joined the Jacobs Group as a sales assistant in 2005. Jeff
has lived in the Columbia area all his life and continues to be active
in the community. Jeff works with buyers and sellers for residential
and investment properties. His knowledge of the community will serve

Amanda Stone, REALTORŪ, Property Manager
Amanda is third generation Jacobs Group and has been involved with Jacobs Realty for
the past 11 years. She has been
heavily involved with the property management arm of The Jacobs Group and in
January 2004, she became a licensed real estate professional. She actively works with both sellers and
buyers.

Teri Murphy, Property Manager
Teri has been with The Jacobs Group for over three years and is the glue that holds the
group together. She primarily works
with property management and in addition to showing properties for lease is
responsible for all accounting functions.
